These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or purchase The Calm Collar Method.

The product

The Calm Collar Method is a digital, educational dog-owner guide. It includes practical information on collar comfort, loose-leash walking, safer recall, clear communication, and a 14-day action plan.

The guide is delivered digitally after checkout. No physical product is shipped.

Personal-use licence

When you purchase The Calm Collar Method, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own private use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce, publish, copy, or claim ownership of any part of the guide without written permission.

Orders and payment

All prices, currencies, and applicable charges are shown before you complete checkout.

We may cancel or refuse an order if necessary to prevent fraud, correct a pricing error, or address unauthorised use. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the relevant amount.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, your download link is delivered through Shopify’s digital-download system.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you have an access problem, use the Contact page on this website.

Refunds

The Calm Collar Method includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please read the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

If a refund is issued, your licence to use the guide ends.

Educational and safety disclaimer

The Calm Collar Method provides general educational information only. It is not veterinary advice, medical advice, legal advice, or individual behavioural advice.

It does not create a veterinarian-client, trainer-client, or other professional relationship. It does not guarantee a specific training result.

Every dog and situation is different. You are responsible for supervising your dog, using sound judgement, following local animal-welfare laws, and seeking qualified in-person help when needed.

For pain, breathing changes, severe fear, guarding, aggression, a bite history, or sudden behavioural changes, seek advice from a veterinarian or qualified behaviour professional.

Results disclaimer

Dog-training outcomes depend on many factors, including the dog, environment, health, consistency, prior learning, and handling. We do not guarantee a particular behavioural outcome.

Changes

We may update these Terms when needed. The version available at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless a legal change requires otherwise.
